SAN DIEGO EYE BANK - The Vision of Opportunity

This symposium is designed to provide the attendees with an understanding of the donation process; and how to interact and meet the needs of the families when dealing with end of life issues.

Program Objective:
• Increase awareness among healthcare professionals for the need of transplantable and research eyes,
  organs and tissues
• Discuss common end of life issues
• Reinforce the positive effects of eye, organ and tissue donation and transplantation
